Fix: Locked users are logged out immediately instead of keeping their active session.

Fix: Channels only delivered as audio via the SOCKS5 proxy (Twitch geo cap) are detected; for them the token is fetched directly, the playlist still via the proxy.
Fix: Running audio-only clients are restarted automatically and their stale HLS playlist is cleared.

Fix: Live rewind window was ~30 minutes instead of the configured 15 (segment count assumed 1s segments, Twitch delivers 2s).
Fix: Old .ts segments outside the rewind window were not deleted, so storage kept filling up.
Add: Served playlist is trimmed to exactly $hlsRewindMinutes using the real segment lengths; segments outside the window are deleted.
Add: Forced 2s keyframes in the transcode fallback for consistent segment length.
Changed: ffmpeg segment count is calculated from $hlsRewindMinutes in config.php with the real 2s segment length.

Cinema mode reworked: Player is slightly enlarged and moved down a little so the “TCP2HLS PLAYER” header stays visible.
